I built this air hockey robot (pictured left) so students could play air hockey against a robot at the new air hockey table in the student center at my high school. I built it in my junior year Honors Engineering class with inspiration and parts from JJ Robots. Below is a video of the robot sliding around the frame.
 
I hope to be able to use camera tracking so the robot can move and play air hockey on its own without any human controlling the robot.
